Art Journal Prompt cards Set 1- Saturday 13th September 2025, 10.00am -1.00om

These repeat series of workshops are designed to help you get over the mental block of starting an Art journal Page from scratch. You will complete a set of 20 art journal prompt cards with the focus on Watercolour techniques for Set 1. This workshop will run from Deb's place in Brookdale. Biscuits, Coffee and tea available. This is an "in person" only workshop, No kits available.

Your kit will contain will contain:

• Printed Labels - Set 1 
• Laminator sheets
• Strathmore 300gsm watercolour paper  x 2 sheets (or similar) 

• mini printed sentiments

 Besides your basic mixed media kit, You will need to supply:

• Pencil and eraser 
• Glass mat or board (if you have one) 
• Strong, quick setting glue 
• Assortment of Watercolour round brushes from fine to thick
• Stencil with Large flowers or Leaves (if you are not comfortable drawing) 
• Paper trimmer (or Ruler and Craft Knife) 
• Paper towels and baby wipes
  
• Heat gun
  
• Black archival or Versa Claire ink pads and sponge applicators
• stamping blocks
• white and gold Gel pen

Deb has the following for shared class use (but you may want to bring and use your own to avoid waiting) :

• Archival inks Minis various colours to co-ordinate with the watercolour shade you use
• Masking tape
• mats
• messy mats
• Glass Boards
• Variety of Stencils
• Variety of botanical stamps and stamping blocks
• Some variety of watercolor mediums to share if you do not have any
• Metallic paint.

A small amount of consumables will be available for purchase on the day should you need it. If you are new to these classes and do not have some of these supplies, please message me and we can make arrangements. 

A confirmation email will be sent within 24hrs once booking and payment has been confirmed.  Please be aware that if you are unable to attend the workshop after payment has been made, your kit will be held for pick up or posted to you at an additional cost.
